Sean oversees the business development, client services, digital, creative and editorial teams. Having worked in both editorial and corporate marketing, he has a unique ability to integrate an editorial perspective with business objectives. His deep experience, innovative thinking, and intrinsic curiosity give Sean a unique sense of perspective and understanding across a broad array of client needs and challenges. He acts as lead strategist for the division and works closely with clients to get to the core of their marketing objectives and crafts compelling content strategies that utilize multi-channel thinking to engage customers and motivate them to action.

Sean has over 20 years of magazine and digital media experience and has a keen eye for knowing what is exceptional, engaging andcompelling. Prior to American Express Publishing, he was content director for Hearst Magazines' Integrated Media division, where he was instrumental in creating many award-winning multi-platform programs. As editorial director of Hearst Custom Publishing, he led the division to numerous industry awards. He began his career as a researcher at Vanity Fair, then as research director at Vogue and was editor in chief of the luxury lifestyle magazine, Quest.
