Ghalia has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, planning and operations management in the online and retail space, and in the development and delivery of strategic plans, leading large cross functional teams. Prior to joining Scholastic, she served as Divisional Vice President, Operations Strategy at Lord and Taylor and was Director, Strategy and Operations at Toys R Us. She earned her MBA at Columbia Business School and her BBA in Pakistan.
